Inactivity period

If you fail to log into your trading account and execute a trade for 15 consecutive days, your account will be designated as inactive, and the system will classify it as failed. In such cases, please contact our support team at support@forexive.com to request a new account. If you have placed a trade but do not execute another trade for 15 consecutive days, your account will still be considered as failed. There is no minimum or maximum trade size required when placing a trade.

However, if your account becomes inactive and you have not placed any trades, we will issue you a new account upon request. Please note that this request must be made within 6 months of your purchase date; beyond this period, we will not be able to provide a new account or offer a refund.
