1. What is the Forexive Loyalty Program and how do I earn Loyalty Points?

The Forexive Loyalty Program is our way of rewarding dedicated traders. Every time you purchase a challenge account, you automatically earn Loyalty Points. These points accumulate in your account and can later be redeemed to get free funded challenge accounts based on our redemption chart.

The number of points you earn depends on the size of the challenge you purchase the larger the account, the more points you receive. You don’t need to take any manual steps; points are added automatically after each purchase.

2. Where can I check my Loyalty Points balance?

You can easily check your current Loyalty Points by logging into your FOREXIVE dashboard – Go to the Dashboard – Accounts Overview “Loyalty Points” section to see your total points, your earning history, and which account sizes you’re eligible to redeem based on your current points.

3. How can I redeem my Loyalty Points?

To redeem your points, go to your dashboard and open the “Loyalty Points” tab. Based on the table above, you can use your available points to claim one of the accounts listed — if you have enough points.

You’ll see the points you’ve earned and the required points for each option.

If you’re eligible, simply click to redeem — no payment needed.

It’s fast, easy, and hassle-free.

4. Can I combine Loyalty Points with discounts or promo codes?

No, Loyalty Points cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discount codes. They are treated as a separate reward system. Points can only be used to fully redeem challenge accounts, as outlined in the redemption chart.

5. Do Loyalty Points expire?

No, your Loyalty Points never expire. Whether you redeem them next week or next year, your points will remain in your account as long as you are part of the Forexive community. This gives you complete flexibility to accumulate points at your own pace and use them whenever you’re ready.

6. Can I transfer my Loyalty Points to someone else?

No, Loyalty Points are tied to your personal Forexive account. They cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with others. Only the account that earned the points is eligible to redeem them.

7. Will I lose Loyalty Points if I cancel or get a refund?

Please note: If you purchase a challenge account and later request a refund, the Loyalty Points earned from that purchase will not be added or will be deducted from your balance. Loyalty Points are only valid for completed and non-refunded purchases.

8. What happens to my points if I violate trading rules or get banned?

Even if your trading account is suspended or banned for violating rules or terms, the Loyalty Points earned from your purchases will remain in your Loyalty Program balance. Points are rewarded based on purchases, not trading performance or outcomes.

9. How much points will I earn per purchase and how much points do I need to redeem free account?

The number of Loyalty Points you earn depends on the size of the challenge account you purchase. The larger the account, the more points you earn. Likewise, each account size requires a specific number of points to be redeemed for free.
